Terms of Service

1. The service

Boeked provides an online calendar, client management, a public booking page, reminders, invoicing and marketing features for independent professionals and small businesses.

You use Boeked as a business user. You remain responsible for the content you put into the platform and for the agreements you make with your own clients.

2. Trial and subscription

You start with a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required for it.

After the trial, a subscription costs €19 per month, including VAT where applicable. There are no per-booking fees and no commission on your revenue.

The subscription can be cancelled monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; periods already paid are not refunded.

3. Payments

Subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Payments your clients make to you run through your own Stripe account and land directly in your account.

If a payment fails, access to your account may be limited temporarily until the payment is settled.

4. Your data

You remain the owner of your client and booking data. You can export it at any time.

We do not use your client list to promote your competitors, and we do not sell your data.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Boeked for unlawful activities, spam, or messaging people who have not consented to being contacted.

We may limit or terminate an account in case of abuse.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service continuously available, but maintenance and outages can occur. Boeked is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation.

Our liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the event.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We announce material changes by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect.
