What about confidentiality and GDPR?
All data, forms and session notes are EU-hosted and kept confidential. Clients can request access, export or deletion of their data at any time, and you handle it in one click.
Can I use a separate intake form for the first session?
Yes. You set up an intake form with presenting concerns, background, goals and a consent and privacy statement that the client signs digitally before the first appointment.
Does Boeked work for remote sessions?
Yes. You can add a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams link to a session type. Clients automatically receive the link in the confirmation email and reminder.
What does Boeked coaching software cost?
A flat €19 per month, VAT included with every feature, no per-booking fees. Online payments run through your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard rates. The first 30 days are free, no credit card. This covers solo professionals and small teams up to 2 staff; larger teams get an all-in quote with Boeked Pro+ based on the number of staff.
What happens to my client data and session notes if I leave Boeked?
Your data stays yours. In Settings you download all clients, bookings, notes and session notes in one click, with no export fee.
What do SMS reminders really cost?
Email reminders are included, unlimited. SMS runs through your own Twilio account at roughly €0.04–€0.08 per message, paid directly to Twilio. Boeked adds no markup. A double reminder costs two messages.
What if the internet goes down at my business?
Boeked runs online, like almost all modern software. There is no offline mode, but on your phone with mobile data the calendar and checkout keep working.
Who owns the client? Does Boeked send clients to competitors?
The client is yours. Boeked is not a marketplace: your booking page shows only your business, with no other providers or ads. Clients pay you directly, with no commission.
Do you help me switch and move my session notes?
Import clients and notes from your previous tool with an Excel or CSV file. Session notes kept on paper need to be typed in by you. Max, the setup assistant, guides you step by step.
Can I match daily sales with my card terminal? Does SumUp work?
Yes. The daily summary shows the number of sales and total per payment method (cash, card, other). You don't need a card contract through Boeked. There is no direct SumUp integration: take payment on your own terminal and record it as a card payment.
Do I pay per staff member? Can we log in at the same time?
Boeked costs €19 per month including VAT, for solo professionals and small teams up to 2 staff members. Everyone has their own login and you can work at the same time on your own phones. Larger teams get an all-in quote.
Can I require a deposit without an expensive add-on?
Yes. Deposits and online payments run through Stripe, no extra module. Stripe charges its own fees (EU cards about 1.4% + €0.25); Boeked charges nothing extra.
